Ed has over 35 years of experience helping founder CEOs build a business around their ideas. His experience includes helping companies with traditional financial planning and reporting, Human Resource planning, and IT infrastructure, Additionally, Ed has extensive experience in Capital sourcing and Mergers and Acquisitions. Ed has also led operational teams and is an expert at creating operational efficiencies. He has extensive international experience with a focus on South America and Western Europe.

After spending his early career at Deloitte and earning his CPA, he focused on helping make the following companies successful as their CFO:

• Dialogic IPO in 1994 and later sold to Intel
• ITXC IPO in 1999 and later sold to Tata Communications
• Flarion Technologies sold to Qualcomm
• Billtrust currently NASDAQ BTRS

In 2020 Ed decided to create Griseo to deliver his knowledge and experience to smaller companies on an Ad Hoc basis.
These smaller companies don’t have the need nor budget for a full-time CFO.

Ed limits his time to three active engagements as well as several Board of Director roles at any time.
